Tiberus Fabius

During Heroville's Age of Gold, when the Northlands were still a land full of castles, when the Necrolord was still King Cassady, there was a farmboy in Cadelia with the name Fabius. He was found orphaned in the streets of the city by Cadelia's cattle raiser, Grotto. Since then, Fabius has taken care of the farmland without any sense of his true identity.

Until he is persecuted by soldiers.

When Grotto reveals Fabius as the son of the Cadelian General, the boy sees to it that he finds the General so as to know his true destiny. He then is easily promoted to Captain of the Guard in the Northlands.

During the Northlands War, he lost his left arm in action, and Ergos replaced it with a new metal harpoon-ish one.

Aether

The All-Father was disappointed. Just as every hero in Hero-ville was powerful, they couldn't match his own power. And so, the All-Father decided to create a hero, a figure as honorable as the All-Father himself. A human with celestial powers of ethereal origin... an Aether being.

Aether was quite the icon in Hero-ville. Even Hadron or Blacksheath, two of the most powerful heroes, could do him in. For it was so that the ethereal powers reached astonishing lengths, and the power itself was as cutting as a blade, that it marked Aether as the most powerful being in Vlatmoor Epikha (besides the All-Father, of course. And not to mention the No-Father)

Necrolord´s True Story

There was a time where the Necrolord was plainly Lord Cassady Moores, king of what was then Cadelia (located in the Northlands, within present-day Hero-ville) But during those times, terror was striking Hero-ville as not only Aric's Armies, but a constant threat of Raiders from the west pushed the kingdom of Cadelia to conflict.

During the War of the Northlands, Cassady was stricken with a shadowy figure that completely conquered him. Suddenly Cassady overcame a sudden change in appearance. His face went pale, his hair gray, and his eyes blue. He only appeared as a haunting figure, until a thousand years later, when he would try to avenge his defeat by conquering Hirovilas... but he failed at that, too.

He appeared as a powerful deity once Heroville was full of crime and evil.

Vlatmoor Epikha Guide

Vlatmoor Epikha is the land that resulted after a clash in my head that I pinpointed as a "Big [Humongous] Bang" making a sort of continent for my fellow characters. It is composed of a large land with a small sea (Stirring Sea) conected to the ocean (Bellwick Ocean) via a canal. The ocean itself contains two large islands (Bullwick Island and Isla-Cruces/Isle of Cross) The continent contains four important spots: Martis Forest, Farewell Desert, the ancient Pildin Village, and of course the famed Hero-Ville.

Hero-Ville City is located on the northwest corner of the continent, surrounded by the forest, the ancient Hero-Ville Castle, and the mansions of two bachelor heroes. Beyond the mansions, there's the official Hero-Ville Stadium, centered among the countries. To the south of the Stadium, Blacksheath stands as vigilante upon his lair and the Hero-Ville Castle north wall. To the southeast of the castle lies Cair Paravel, which closely guards the river that connects both water bodies. To the west, Martis Forest can be located, but it can only be entered by the north, where a small bird-like statue marks the entrance.

To the northeast of the Continent lies Farewell Desert, a wasteland where you'll die if you don't know how to walk around: ancestors erected a totem in the center of the Desert to guide the traveler who knows how to get to it. Once you get to it (and get proper orientation on the four winds) you can be certain that the Pharaoh's Palace lies at the north, and that Martis' legendary Jaguar Shrine lies to the southeast.

To the south of the Jaguar Shrine (and still with sense of orientation) you can reach two ancient guard towers that mark where the Desert ends and the Pildin Country starts. Head more to the south, and you'll reach the ruins of what used to be a great trade center in ancient times. Stop there, for if you head farther to the south, you'll be swallowed by the large wormhole that leads to the Necrolord's large Palace. Instead, head west until you reach the shore, and look around for a tall building. That's The Curse's HeadQuarters.

Now you can head south until you hit shore, then head east to the modern Pildin City. Head a little bit more to the east so that you can find Pildin's main port. Set sail and head southwest to Isla-Cruces. Cross the small river that slices this cross-shaped island in two, and keep heading southwest to arrive at Herot. Get out from the southwest exit, and head to the nearest port. Then set sail to the west.

After half a day (depending on your speed, the wind, your sails, and many assorted other stuff) you will reach Bullwick Island. Remember this route, for it's the only one that heads for Bellwick Island. Our journey ends in the northern lighthouse. You cannot set sail from here for three reasons:
  1. There's no port on the other side.
  2. There's a cliff on the other side.
  3. There's no port nearby where you stand.
This makes it for a tour of our heroes' world! You can wait for the real map to show up, at about 5:30 pm today!!

Aric Girdersen

Aric Girdersen, son of Earl Girder, is a proud warrior and is about to be a true grown-up. He is happy because he inherited many things from his ancestors, his favorite being a pair of golden daggers said to be from a true Berserk. He was also the first to tame a dragon in years.

He is now King and protector of Herot. He would give anything to go have an adventure, but his loyalty to his people is prior to his lust for adventure.

His constant hate towards Cassady is quite noticeable in the way that a war had been started over a simple argument between the two.

Heroes Within: The Invasion Sneak Peek

Hero-Ville... it has a peaceful town, yet such an action-packed city. Our heroes stop at nothing to stop villains from destroying such splendor. Until someone, or something, emerges from the ground, and begins engulfing the world in its electric grasp. Is the Alliance (and the Brotherhood) fit for this kind of threat? Will the new disaster end our world forever? Find out on MY NEW BOOK -
Heroes Within: The Invasion

Hadron

Hadron is an ordinary teenage school-boy, or at least he was until he fell off a cliff beside the school grounds. He was gravely fractured and wounded. A scientist found him and took him to her lab.

Her name was Trillan. She had cured Hadron's wounds and replaced broken bones with steel rods and mechanized devices for easy movement. Hadron could move again, but now that he was a cyborg, how could he pass customs if there were metal detectors everywhere?

Trillan secretly decided to turn Hadron into a weapon, devising hand pads capable of shooting blades, laser, ion, and assorted other projectiles. She also manufactured flying boots for him, using nitrous for propulsion. In time, Hadron became a big icon in Hero-Ville.

Hadron is part of the Alliance.

Saphron

Once, in the days when Northlands and Merow were bound together as one country, terror and evil stalked the world. The King of Merow, Faethel Spatha, and his queen decided to forge a group where their children would join forces to defend the Northlands at all costs. Each of them has special characteristics that added up to their skills:
  • Saphron is the Sword of Fire and Earth. The reflective big brother, thinking on his surroundings. He's also swift.
  • Echo is the Sword of Wind and Water. The youngest of all, but when she hears or makes a decision, she is fit to keep with it at all times.
  • Daygon is the Sword of Stone and Ice. Younger than Saphron, but equally mature, and powerful in his own.
These brothers are known as the Spatha Brothers, for each carry a Claymore Sword. Each of these special Mages hold control of two elements each. This makes them stand out not only as one of the most ancient of heroes in present-day Heroville, but also the greatest.

Blacksheath

Blacksheath is Blackout's twin brother and, therefore, his nemesis. He is similar to him in more than appearance: Seamus Turner is also a genius, and he also invented gadgets for not-so-heroic uses. The only difference (besides their logo, of course) is that instead of iron knuckles, Blacksheath goes by retractable sables, somewhat like katars. You could tell Thomas from Seamus by the fact that (while practicing moves) Seamus cut his face slightly, leaving a scar on his right eye.

Blacksheath is part of The Brotherhood.

Necrolord

Necrolord has been the lord and keeper of necromantic (black/evil) magic for 1,300 years, never giving up the throne. His powers make him more of an adept as you'd think, since his fledglings have for long seized innocent souls and corroded them to make more of their kind. However, Necrolord's only weakness is the fact that only Aether can beat him, for he has the powers of light.

Blackout

When researcher Thomas Turner was fired from his own company (the Steve Jobs style) he could find nothing good to do in Hero-ville's Tech Square. But he forgot one thing: Tech Square is a crime nest. He decided to use his knowledge in gadget-mechanization and design to manufacture steel knuckles and a convertible gun set.

He starts out in Tech Square. But when his fame shoots up, he came up with his name: Blackout. He was later used by the CIA to track down the Haven Hag, Hero-ville's most lethal criminal. This led him to a traveling experience; from Canada to Russia (tundras), Argentina to Egypt (deserts), Brazil to China (forests), Blackout designed new suits to cover up such things as weather resistance and camouflage as well as air-conditioning for when he is hot on the dunes.

Blackout is part of The Alliance.

James Chaoz

It was a great day for a couple of pals at the Laboratory of Gemstone Research. Their wealthiest pal, James, had all the oohs and aahs for his important discovery: powerstones. He discovered that these rare gems conceal powers beyond imagination and logic, and he also patented a way to extract and harness the power. But when an experiment goes wrong and his test powerstones blow up in shards, there's not a victim in the room more gravely wounded than James.

He was cut by a series of Chaos Emerald shards. He quickly discovered that he had plasmoid energy running through his veins, nerves, and muscles, meaning that he could morph plasma into a formidable projectile weapon. But one thing he didn't know, was that chaos meant chaos; he was slowly being conquered by the spirit of the powerstone: Chaos.

When he was hunting down his friends (their powerstone cuts also made them develop powers) it was because Chaos had possessed him. When James finally realized that he was being controlled, he decided to fight Chaos himself. He did. Internally.

Little by little, Chaos was putting pressure to his body, making him twist in pain and agony, until finally James could grab the spirit with his hands, push plasmoid energy into his soul, and make him a solid creature, solid enough to throw out the window to oblivion. Or so he thought...

He still possesses plasma powers. He still has great wealth. But he has something more than that: he also has the feeling that somewhere, out there, Chaos is still alive, recovering... waiting...

Chaoz is part of The Alliance.

Shato

A couple of great wealth lived a great time. They were living in Martis' golden years, and the blessings kept coming. For at the dawn of the first day of the first month, their first child was born.

This little boy, on account of being with a rich family, was the witness of many country achievements, including the opening of their first Church, the inauguration of [what would later be the largest and best of all] Port Progrezzo. And the worst, the launching of the first airplane. It is about at the time they were flying over the forest, that the mother accidentally dropped the baby boy...

The Martis Gypsy tribe Commander found the infant sound asleep in a bundle of leaves fully known as a chimp nest. The stand-out warrior took the boy and raised him as his son. And it has been this way for almost 13 years (it might be helpful to add that he christened him "Shat-Aaw" which means "enlightened")

He grew up to be a great Troop Soldier, despite being barely 13. He had quick reflexes and even quicker moves. His dexterity was that of a shaman warrior. By now the whole tribe had begun to know him and like him.

Even the King of the Martis Gypsies had sympathy on him, and since he had no heir, he decided that on the day he passed away, Shato would cover him up. Yep, he was going to be King of the tribe.

Until he met a stranded city girl in the forest called Andrea...

Berto Dodgers

2005. The world is in complete panic. The International Laboratory Associates, ILA, has been working on ways to at least postpone Global Warming. Among them, American/Mexican Dr. Roberto Dodger Estrada had found the solutions. But discrimination is afoot, and anyways ILA didn't even know the man. He was expelled from ILA.

Frustrated on his dreams, Roberto cursed his father, for he too was a scientist. When he took out his father's googles, however, he got an idea. He began work on his never-published blueprints. In two days, he had twin blasters, steel alloy dettach/attachable tentacles, command bracelets for a prototype X-14 protector protocol, and a pair of gliding air-shoes. This man now does what he can to stop the major Earth enemies in the world.

The Curse

About 10,000 years ago, when the world was yet in its primitive beginnings, there was a cursed village, cursed beyond modern Homo sapiens's imagination. People's stories as well as recent evidence suggests that when darkness in the village was at its peak, a boy was born; quite savage and fierce-looking at first, but what evidence shows is that he was born with one hand armed with the tail of a snake, but the other was a stony hand. He was truly a weird boy.
At his 12 years of age, this boy came to use his natural weapons very well. He used the tail as a whip, and his stone hand was quite a punching glove (this led to the early boxing in Persia where fighters only wore one stone gauntlet) The boy eventually lifted the curse off as if he were a curse himself. The village christened him "The Curse"

The Ice Age came. With it came the cold, and the ice, and the freezing. The Curse thought it was another curse and said he could lift off the threat just as he did with the village. But he was a mortal. He exceeded his limitations. And so, in the middle of the journey "to the house of Evil on the top of Mt. Takapeltas," he froze.

10,000 years later, he was found along with a mammoth on a bog. Well preserved because of the ice and in perfect shape, the 10,012-year-old child was unfrozen by the CIA in an attempt to enforce the laws. They saw his stone hand and whip, and were amazed at the coincidence between Persian boxers and this boy. The CIA implanted a TranslaChip, and the boy spoke, "I am The Curse, slaughterer of demons, ripper of curses, and tearer of witches. What is thy bidding?"

Since then, his multi-functional sunglasses, titanium glove, leather/steel whip, and Kevlar boy clothes have accompanied him in his many adventures.

The Curse is part of The Alliance.
