Blacksheath is Blackout's twin brother and, therefore, his nemesis. He is similar to him in more than appearance: Seamus Turner is also a genius, and he also invented gadgets for not-so-heroic uses. The only difference (besides their logo, of course) is that instead of iron knuckles, Blacksheath goes by retractable sables, somewhat like katars. You could tell Thomas from Seamus by the fact that (while practicing moves) Seamus cut his face slightly, leaving a scar on his right eye.

Necrolord
Necrolord has been the lord and keeper of necromantic (black/evil) magic for 1,300 years, never giving up the throne. His powers make him more of an adept as you'd think, since his fledglings have for long seized innocent souls and corroded them to make more of their kind. However, Necrolord's only weakness is the fact that only Aether can beat him, for he has the powers of light.
Blackout
When researcher Thomas Turner was fired from his own company (the Steve Jobs style) he could find nothing good to do in Hero-ville's Tech Square. But he forgot one thing: Tech Square is a crime nest. He decided to use his knowledge in gadget-mechanization and design to manufacture steel knuckles and a convertible gun set.
He starts out in Tech Square. But when his fame shoots up, he came up with his name: Blackout. He was later used by the CIA to track down the Haven Hag, Hero-ville's most lethal criminal. This led him to a traveling experience; from Canada to Russia (tundras), Argentina to Egypt (deserts), Brazil to China (forests), Blackout designed new suits to cover up such things as weather resistance and camouflage as well as air-conditioning for when he is hot on the dunes.
Blackout is part of The Alliance.

James Chaoz
It was a great day for a couple of pals at the Laboratory of Gemstone Research. Their wealthiest pal, James, had all the oohs and aahs for his important discovery: powerstones. He discovered that these rare gems conceal powers beyond imagination and logic, and he also patented a way to extract and harness the power. But when an experiment goes wrong and his test powerstones blow up in shards, there's not a victim in the room more gravely wounded than James.
He was cut by a series of Chaos Emerald shards. He quickly discovered that he had plasmoid energy running through his veins, nerves, and muscles, meaning that he could morph plasma into a formidable projectile weapon. But one thing he didn't know, was that chaos meant chaos; he was slowly being conquered by the spirit of the powerstone: Chaos.
When he was hunting down his friends (their powerstone cuts also made them develop powers) it was because Chaos had possessed him. When James finally realized that he was being controlled, he decided to fight Chaos himself. He did. Internally.
Little by little, Chaos was putting pressure to his body, making him twist in pain and agony, until finally James could grab the spirit with his hands, push plasmoid energy into his soul, and make him a solid creature, solid enough to throw out the window to oblivion. Or so he thought...
He still possesses plasma powers. He still has great wealth. But he has something more than that: he also has the feeling that somewhere, out there, Chaos is still alive, recovering... waiting...

Shato
A couple of great wealth lived a great time. They were living in Martis' golden years, and the blessings kept coming. For at the dawn of the first day of the first month, their first child was born.
This little boy, on account of being with a rich family, was the witness of many country achievements, including the opening of their first Church, the inauguration of [what would later be the largest and best of all] Port Progrezzo. And the worst, the launching of the first airplane. It is about at the time they were flying over the forest, that the mother accidentally dropped the baby boy...
The Martis Gypsy tribe Commander found the infant sound asleep in a bundle of leaves fully known as a chimp nest. The stand-out warrior took the boy and raised him as his son. And it has been this way for almost 13 years (it might be helpful to add that he christened him "Shat-Aaw" which means "enlightened")
He grew up to be a great Troop Soldier, despite being barely 13. He had quick reflexes and even quicker moves. His dexterity was that of a shaman warrior. By now the whole tribe had begun to know him and like him.
Even the King of the Martis Gypsies had sympathy on him, and since he had no heir, he decided that on the day he passed away, Shato would cover him up. Yep, he was going to be King of the tribe.
Until he met a stranded city girl in the forest called Andrea...
